Our DFRC Blue-Gold Highschool Participants - Ambassadors, Band Members, Cheerleaders, and Football Players - play a significant role in the success of the DFRC Blue-Gold program and the DFRC mission to enrich lives of Delawareans with intellectual disABILITIES. Lots of the students select to take part in our Hand-in-Hand Program where they're matched with youngsters and young adults with mental disABILITIES - our Blue-Gold All★Star Buddies - to share their Blue-Gold expertise leading as much as Game Day. Each month of the program, there are statewide events- a dance get together, bowling outings, a pool party, and extra! - organized by the DFRC Blue-Gold Committee. Participants and Buddies usually get together between occasions to see films, go to highschool occasions, or just talk and hold out together.
